YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF ANY RADDIT.ME SERVICES SIGNIFIES THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OUTLINED BELOW.
By accessing or using any Services, you are declaring that you have the legal authority to accept the Terms on behalf of yourself and any party you represent in connection with your use of any Services. If you do not agree to the Terms, you are not authorized to use any Services and should cease the registration process, or if you have already created an account, delete it immediately.
You must be 16 years of age or older to create an account on this Site.
Mature content must be clearly marked by the submitter using the [NSFW] tag in the title of the submission. Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to view this content. Mature content includes anything of a graphically violent or sexual nature.
What sets this site apart from others is our no-tolerance policy for bigotry and reactionary ideology. Users that demonstrate a pattern of intolerance or attempt to use raddit.me as a platform for far-right ideas and bigotry will be seen as violating these Terms of Service and will be banned from using this site.
Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or avoid restrictions is prohibited.
List of administrators:
The administrators of this site will not cooperate with any court, government or law enforcement agency, or provide any private data from our Site to anyone. We are not Americans and are not subject to American law. We will not appoint any American administrators because of the oppressive data retention and data seizure laws that country places on its citizens. We will not store raddit.me on a server located inside the USA.
We will delete the entire site and its content before allowing your data to fall into the hands of any third party.
The administrators of this site will delete your account and all your data if you request it. Such requests can be made in the f/meta subforum or by contacting one of us directly.
The source code is open source and released under the zlib license. The zlib license has been approved by the Free Software Foundation (FSF) as a free software licence, and by the Open Source Initiative (OSI) as an open source license. It is compatible with the GNU General Public License.

The administrators of this site provide a warrant canary that is updated at regular intervals. You can access it in the wiki.
Any User that creates a subforum becomes a moderator automatically. Users can also be offered moderator positions by existing moderators or administrators, or request that they be appointed moderators of specific subforums.
By becoming a moderator on raddit.me, you must agree to remove instances of deliberate spam, bigotry and oppression, or you will run the risk of being removed as a moderator by the administrators of the site.
Moderators that 'squat' subforums but do not contribute to their maintenance may be removed as moderators at the discretion of the site administrators. Moderators that demonstrate support for oppressive rhetoric will not be tolerated.
It is every moderator's responsibility to ensure the Content Policy outlined below is upheld.
Content is prohibited if it
Promotes white supremacy, homophobia or heterosexism, transphobia or cisgenderism, misogyny or patriarchy, classism, ableism, body shaming, antisemitism, Islamophobia, colonialism or age discrimination.
Sexualizes minors or promotes adults having sex with minors.
Trivializes or makes light of rape.
Apologizes for police or military brutality, imperialism, eugenics, genocide.
Apologizes for violence towards children.
Moderators are able to delete content and give warnings or subforum bans to Users that violate the site-wide Terms of Service, or a subforum's individual rules.
Administrators are able to delete content, give subforum bans, site-wide bans, IP bans and account deletions to Users that violate the site-wide Terms of Service or a subforum's individual rules.
Your acceptance of these terms
By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
