i was pretty impressed with myself! and no, not where i work (:
i lifted from a large regional supermarket chain (midwest). from what i can tell, they have very little video surveillance around the actual grocery part of the store, except at the front of the store by the registers.
there is not a TJ’s or WF anywhere in my area. my lift was done in a moderately sized city, but this store in particular tends to attract more wealthy patrons.
i haven’t really gotten into lifting any supplements and whatnot, for the simple reason that it’s not something i really need.
majority of my life was low carb specialty items, lean meats, high protein items/bars...but i also lifted some normal/junky foods for my significant other.
I try to lift at least 50% of my groceries from the mart with wals. Usually through self checkout, but I am starting to realize this is becoming a lot more tricky. I want to do a walkout so bad, but I’m afraid of showing up on Facebook or something. I have gotten close a couple times, but I just feel too nervous about it. Any tips?
Sorry! I don’t know what F.M. stands for...might be a store that I don’t have locally. I don’t have any of the ones mentioned so far except for wally. No container store, no surla table or Williams Sonoma.
I wear scrubs and I honestly feel like I am looked at less because of that. It helps that I am a Caucasian female around her 30’s too. I’m a pretty quiet person, most people I know would be shocked to know that I lift. Maybe if I was paid a decent wage for what I do, I wouldn’t have to. But alas, here I am. Can’t even attempt to climb the ladder when nursing school requires you to work less than part time and that unfortunately wouldn’t pay the bills.
