First off furniture is very hard to conceal and is very hard to hide, I would recommend doing it when the store is busy but I can't tell you much else as I'm not american but good luck.

I mean shoplifting is going good for me, I currently sell online but am planning to find local stores to sell to, good luck however.

just scrunch it up and throw it somewhere, it most likely will just get vaccumed up on the floor, nobody is going to investigate or bother you for a 4 dollar item.

Yeah otherwise more people would attempt it, its a waste of time and not possible.

I'm not from the us so I can't say but I will say one thing and that is no matter how hard or easy the store is, you should focus and understand and check your surroundings, because one slip and it's done.
