I still don't see how someone can compare being 'bullied and excluded' to 'literally publicly executed in multiple countries'. The concern is cishet ace people entering queer spaces and acting like a cishet person, which is something I've definitely had the pleasure of dealing with in the past. It alone doesn't make them queer, because there is no institutional nor major social oppression based on asexuality alone.

People are bullied and excluded for a lot of things; not all of those make you queer. Queer people have faced a specific and long-standing oppression, and ace people have not faced anything similar. The communities can overlap, but cishet ace people are just as shitty as any other cishet person.

But why are cis/het ace people queer? They don't face any of the same oppressions as queer folk do, and so far as I can tell aren't illegal in half the world nor openly murdered.

I'm not sure who thinks NB people aren't though, given a lot of major queer figures historically were NB.

Waiting until you lift consistently enough and... enough enough for them to call the police and get you in real deep shit.

Your point has been that queer identities are invalidated by dipshits for ace people - I, as a trans woman, got compared to a TERF for thinking "ace" doesn't qualify as queer alone.

I think its exemplary that people aren't in any interaction or understanding and just in elevating themselves against whatever they see as their "inferior", given we're both relying on generalizing examples of invalidating trans women.

I confront transphobes plenty, especially in real life, but spamming the site isn't "confronting" them - its just making the site a pain to use, and they can just block you and keep posting. Just get them banned.

And go fuck yourself for implying I'm some kind of assimilationist coward or something.

The issue is that other queer folk, especially the Tumblr 'soft boi' types will often smooth the way in for cishet people bringing themselves in and in the process hurt the most marginalized people actually involved.

I'm not familiar with how it could harm vulnerable people, though I'm open to hearing.
