Reply to Anyone else feel hopeless sometimes? by PeacefulAnon
Feeling hopeless is normal, when you see society and civ for what it really is and you see how many people like it.
If any of y'all got some promising land, please tell me.

aha you are ready to be a nihilist. Seriously, don't worry about the revolution. There is value in living independent and free. There is value in resisting and fighting and doing little things that benefit you and others.

Yea these are the type of anarchists I met before. That I mentioned in the recent thread.

Unfortunately, in terms of anarchists in the vein of myself (nihilist, egoist, anticiv), absolute zero. In terms of the left/social/communist anarchists, I've met some.

I have a question for y'all who have dealt with this situation. I applied for a job and had to do a background check. Apparently I failed but I have no idea what I did wrong. I do know there were lots of forms and things I needed to pass so I guess I fucked up on something. Well...I received no idea or indication on what I failed. No message or response. Just a simple email that said we are moving on. Is this normal?

I got pretty annoyed at people saying that Aaron killed himself because he was mentally unwell. No, you absolute dorks, he saw an injustice and decided he had to kill himself to bring attention to the genocide. He was desperate like many people in this garbage society.

Reply to How much would you say anarchists care about debates around whether things are dialectical or not and how to relate to dialectics? by Tequila_Wolf
I have encountered such people who enjoy the talk of dialectics. I usually back away slowly and flee.

Yea I refuse to talk to them anymore about politics. They never care anyway. They are in their own make believe world. The amount of ridiculous things they say, I just roll my eyes.

I have similar issues. I have lots of creativity but I can never focus it. Damn my ADHD. However, I'm also not a person who wishes to accomplish anything lol. I'm just circling the drain in my job.

Do your parents actually like socialism/communism or are they anti? My parents come from China and they are vehemently anti leftism. They hate China so much they refuse to go back. In fact, they are right wing.
I also have issues with China and leftism but I'm a nihilist. I am definitely not the same as my parents lol.

You and I might be battling for that title. I was literally fired from a job for being too slow lmao.

I really like the anti authority/hierarchy/civ side of anarchism. It just makes sense to me seeing society and all its issues.

I was having a conversation with some people and I came away with a new word to describe my life. Ennui. Listlessness and dissatisfaction resulting from lack of interest; boredom. A feeling of weariness and disgust; dullness and languor of spirits, arising from satiety or want of interest; tedium. This is basically how I feel about society and one of the reasons why I'm a nihilist.

USA health care is absolutely ridiculous. I once went to the hospital and apparently the doctor was out of network and the cost of that short visit was like 600 bucks.

I just say I. I have a vivid imagination so if I say you or we, I might actually imagine another person with me. Not good lol.

I literally had a discussion with people recently where everyone except me said the exact thing. Their brains just cannot wrap around how to do things without authority and hierarchy.

Reply to Harm Reduction Voting by Hyperreality
You should look up a guy named John Fetterman. He basically lied to his voters and people regret supporting him. These are type of con men that are the government. Nobody should be voting or supporting them.
