I think we'll see much more political polarisation on both the left and right, as in, the formation of actual, popular communist/socialist and fascist parties when Gen Z comes of age. Social media encourages echo chambers to form which encourages polarisation of views.

I think it's natural that, when one considers a potential partner for a sexual/romantic relationship, one might want them to be disease-free. I would never consider a sexual relationship with someone who had HIV, whether undetectable or not.
It might be true that PrEP is quite expensive and therefore has a class dimension, but it seems quite universal to not want to be infected with a disease.

It's a nuanced and personal question. There's a tension between the individual desire to be attractive and to reap the benefits of that, and the desire to abolish (or at least, not support) our societal standards for beauty. We should despair for the construction of a world where it's expected we all receive cosmetic surgery--look to places like South Korea for examples of this. In the end, it's a personal choice.
