Phosphenes, which are usually small and fleeting points, spots, and bars of colorless or colored light (which in the scope of this subreddit, are being caused by electromagnetic stimulation), are being utilized against targets, for purposes of deception.

Some targets are told that the visual phenomenon, such as strobing in their peripheral vision (from magnetophosphenes evoked with rapid pulses of electromagnetic energy), is proof that they are in a "virtual world", because why else would you be seeing a 15-30Hz strobing effect, like old CRTs? I believe this has caused some individuals to behave as if they will simply "respawn" in their "virtual world" if they are harmed, because they mistakenly accepted a truth claim that was only backed with phosphene visual effects.

There has been public research into using EEG caps to identify the brain's intentions seconds before those intentions are carried out. This delay window is being harnessed by remote neurofeedback networks to convince some targets that they are being "mind controlled", when in reality they are hearing their own intentions extracted and autoverbalized via synthetic telepathy, in real time.
The apparently precognizant nature of the dialog is designed to be alarming, and designed to convince targets that they have lost control of their own body, which is a falsehood.
I'm currently under the impression that preventing sleep deprivation plays a critical role in resisting these deceptions and similar suggestions, which can be combined with simpler pulses of electromagnetic energy to nerve bundles, causing precisely timed muscle contractions, in order to create a more complete illusion of control.

Aside from control claims made to the target, imagine an "access terminal" briefcase being placed in front of a VIP, where the operator/perpetrator is asking a target questions as the VIP watches, in the form of "perform x if y is true", where x is an action that has already been identified, and the query is short enough to fit within the ~2-3 second window between a thought/action being identified, and the thought/action being carried out.
Using this method, the perpetrators can juxtaposition an action as if it were communication or affirmation that any query of their choosing is true (or false).

For example, a target's thought is identified as the intention of scratching their nose, and before the action is carried out by one of their arms, the phrase "scratch your nose if you kick puppies" is said so the VIP onlooker can hear (the target is not even privy to the query), and then to their astonishment they see the target scratch their nose. The VIP now thinks that clearly the target is a puppy kicker.

Have you considered medication?
While my situation was less usual, I complained about not being able to sleep for a few days straight to urgent care staff, and they prescribed me Hydroxyzine (Vistaril), and that worked for me. I then changed my antidepressant to Mirtazapine (Remeron), which has sedative/anxiolytic effects, and was able to stop taking the medication that the urgent care prescribed. For exotic harassment that disrupts sleep, I have a chapter in my survival guide.

They are countermeasures for the following contexts:

  • Weaponized synthetic telepathy (2-way remote neural monitoring).
  • Means for mutual authentication, as impersonation if often used.
  • Deterrents for self-defense and seizing the C&C if needed.
  • Directed energy counters, tools and self care.

When I was unable to sleep for a few days straight, I went to an urgent care, and described severe verbal harassment ("from a neighbor"), the anxiety it was causing, and the fact that I was unable to sleep for 80 hours straight. I was given a prescription for Hydroxyzine (Vistaril), which worked as a sleep aid and anxiolytic, and allowed adequate sleep, despite the ongoing harassment. I stopped taking the medication after a couple weeks when it was no longer needed.

Clamshell 4x8x4ft Enclosure Prototype:
The intent of this project is to design a twin-bed-size enclosure in SketchUp, with easy/pictoral build instructions, using inexpensive/cost-effective building materials, while only requiring minimal power tools and specialty tools, with a goal total build cost of around $1,000 USD, for aluminum. For full copper, the cost will be 3x to 4x higher for materials.

Draft Materials List:

  • 5x sheets of 1/4in MDF (4ft x 8ft)
  • 10x indoor/untreated 2x4 boards (8ft x 3.5in x 1.5in)
  • 2x 6ft steel piano hinges
  • 2x boxes nickel-plated steel tacks
  • 100x steel washers, 2x metal latches, 2x wood glue
  • Bulk truss screws (1/4in), wood screws (1.25in & 3in)
  • 2x 140mm-200mm copper heatercores for ventillation
  • 2x Noctua NF-A14 series axial fans for quiet air exchange
  • TBDx panels/rolls of copper/aluminum sheet metal
  • TBDx rolls of copper/aluminum tape (2-3in wide)
  • 50x feet compressable foam electromagnetic gaskets

See /f/emshielding for sheet metal rolls/panels, conductive fasteners/tapes, and other useful shielding material links.

Draft Tool Requirements:

  • Power circular saw, power screwdriver
  • Hand seamer, hand tin snips, hand metal folding tool
  • Measuring tape, tack hammer

Draft Optional Gravity-assist Open:

  • 8x plastic enclosure-mountable pulley wheels
  • 2x metal wall-mountable pulley hangers
  • 50x feet of 550 paracord

Draft Step-by-step 3D Build Pictures: https://imgur.com/a/Oc1Do

Draft Step-by-step Build Instructions:

  1. Affix two full 8' 2x4 boards, side by side, to the top side and front edge of a sheet of MDF, what will become the bottom of the enclosure.
  2. Cut four pieces of 2x4 board, each 40.75" long, and affix two pieces, side by side, at each side of the bottom MDF sheet.
  3. Affix bottom 6ft steel piano hinge, and prop up a full sheet of MDF behind the bottom sheet, to be used to support the side pieces in the next step.
  4. Cut 6x lengths of 2x4 board: 2x 46.25", 2x 44.25", 2x 42.75" -- place both 4ft square MDF end pieces, and fasten using 2x4 lengths as shown. Longest piece at front of enclosure, shortest at back.
  5. Cut 3" from the end of two 8' 2x4 boards, then fasten the back MDF sheet you propped up in step 3, along with the 2x4s you just cut, as pictured. These 2x4s will become the top panel pivot point.
  6. Affix top 6ft steel piano hinge to the top surface of the 2x4s installed in previous step.
  7. Flip over the current structure, cut openings in either or both of the 4x4ft end panels for your ventillation heatercores (which must be outfitted with axial fans, to push/pull air from/into the enclosure -- recommend Noctua brand for silent operation), then apply chosen sheet metal to the current four faces of the outer surface of the enclosure, maintaining seaming around edges and corners.
  8. Apply sheet metal to both remaining sheets of MDF, covering one face, and wrapping the sheet metal around the edges, creating a ~2" overlap on the opposite side. These panels will be attached to the piano hinges, to act as doors.
  9. TBD

March 2018: I am currently unable to update or complete this project as I no longer have access to my workspace, tools or materials.

I caucused for Bernie, and I've referred to myself as a left libertarian and socialist.
US citizens wouldn't be fighting the military, the military would divide into factions.
You can't knock down my reasonable commentary, so I'm a "right wing troll".
That's so sad I'm not going to waste more of my time responding.

The article specifically points out that several mass shooting incidents were stopped by armed citizens, and you could find the statistics used with a search engine. The only thing that stops someone that's wielding a tool of force, is someone else that's also wielding a tool of force. Gun Free Zones are the delusion that an imaginary line around a campus is going to keep out someone with the intent to harm.

Your talking points sound like they came straight from the /r/politics CTR circlejerk, who can't understand any solutions outside further restricting access to the wealthy elite right people, and 'Assault Weapons' Bans, because military-style rifles, their standard capacity 30 round magazines, and the people who own them are scary!
We the people are facing systemic corruption and tyranny in government, the likes of which haven't been seen since the 1700's, yet there are crowds that think throwing down our armaments is a wise and prudent decision, because think of the children.

I'm more attracted by Swiss privacy laws.
I don't feel comfortable using any email service that can be compelled to turn over all of my communications without so much as a rubber stamp on a court order. Even with ProtonMail's 4mbit encryption, if you're a big enough blip on a TLA's radar, there are other means to compromise both you and your otherwise secure endpoint, making the layers of crypto rather pointless.
