My dream PC I use every day.

specs if anyones curious: i7-8700k Processor (CPU) Nvidia RTX 2080 (GPU) 16 Gb Ram 512 Gb SSD, 1 TB HD, 256 Gb external SSD

Second most useful would easily be my headphones which are bower and wilkins Px headphones...they are fucking immaculate imo and I’ve had a set (or 5) of every high end headphones on the market (bose, sony, b&o) although sennheisers do come close just lack Bluetooth functionality at least in the ones ive gotten

wow...you got lucky as fuck. When I got caught at apple by LP I got tackled to the fucking ground, handcuffed, interrogated, and arrested after 3 hours (although I was only in jail for like 20-30 minutes). I wasn't resisting at all either, I left the store and next thing I knew I was on the ground and my knee was bleeding. They tried charging me with 2 counts of shoplifting and 2 counts of concealment lol. Just consider yourself lucky man, and stay away from apple...They do have LP nationwide and I got away with it 50-60 times before I finally got caught.

I lifted from the microsoft store once, it wasn't too terribly difficult I don't think...or maybe I just got lucky. It was at an indoor mall and I just concealed some headphones under my jacked (bose QC 35 II's) after I used an s3 to detach the spider wrap. It wasn't busy at all but I knew all three employees working were busy helping other people or distracted doing something so I took the opportunity while I could. Worked out in my favor just be careful, I prefer going when there arent many people but I understand lots of people on here prefer to go when its busy so personal preference I guess.

I’m gonna make a post here shortly, apple most definitely has dedicated LP, I’ve never had a problem there in the past but the night before last I was tackled to the fucking ground, held in custody with handcuffs (by LP), interrogated by 3 cops, and arrested (well just taken to the station for a picture and prints but still, pretty shitty situation. be careful

Ha, I used to have a way to lift juuls and pods (had enough juul pods to last me 2 months and like 4 juuls just for the hell of it), fucked up by getting a bunch of high price lotto tickets tho so no more, fortunately the person working the overnights at the gas station was a homie of mine and she was just like "what the fuck bring them back." She didn't know I was getting shit from behind the counter and just trusted me alone in the gas station lol. She knows I shoplift like a fuck ton tho and is chill with it.

What's your headphone collection consist of? Mine consists of Beoplay H9i's, the B&W PX's I was talking about, then some Sennheiser 300 HD Pro's (fucking godly sound quality too), and used to have a set of BoseQC35 II's (actually I've had about 5 sets, I kept on losing them or ironically they would get stolen LOL).

Last item: $400 Bower and Wilkins PX Noise Cancelling headphones from B3stbuy. (holy fuck the sound quality on these is so perfect, the design is beautiful, new favorite headphones)

Yesterday as a whole: $400 headphones mentioned above, $50 portable charger from offic3max, about $450 worth of copics from m1chaels, misc. shit from h0bbylobs

They probably got the license plate but its not my car and theres about 3-4 people who know no personal info about me that wouldn't be able to answer questions regarding me, so I think the police wouldn't really be able to trace shit back to me (hopefully).

What radius do you think my face would be sent out to?

Thank you once again

I don't really steal from sephora, I lift ulta a lot for personal shit, I should start boosting from there but for some reason when I try and boost anything other than electronics I suck. I've never been caught at either of the two stores mentioned above (fortunately), but I also don't hit Ulta nearly as much as I used to, used to go at least once or twice a week back when my lifting days were in the beginning stages xD

Hey how's it going :)

Is it possible to easily get inside the glass cases, specifically the ones that contain smart home products and such, without a tubular lock pick set? Recently I've been wanting to get a VR (next big thing on my list) and I'd be awesome to get some nice new smart home products easily (I know theres b3st bu7 but I get other things from there).

Second, I recently maybe went a little too all out and walked out with a $1300 gaming PC when the store was dead (graveyard shift), but an employee saw me on the way out and just said "excuse me" a few times I didn't even turn around, just kept walking. The store a good drive from my house and was in a pretty remote part on the outskirts of where I live...I decided to stay away from w@lmart in general for about a month just incase there is any heat on me to let it die down but what are the chances of anything getting back to me and what would you recommend (if anything).

Thanks for doing this AMA, love it when these pop up to help us out (even if were looked down upon by some people, at least some people can see past the bs and just see us as people rather than criminals lol).

First I'd like to start off by saying thank you so much, I've been waiting for someone from m1chael5 to find their way on here and help me out with some information.

So I had a friend who worked at h0bby l0bby a while back who gave me all the information I needed to obtain a key to the cases in the store, mainly for copic markers. I know there's supposedly a way of prying them open from the bottom but from my experience most stores in my area have both the top and bottom locked and aren't the easiest to pry open without drawing attention. So my questions are

  1. where are the keys kept (im assuming somewhere in framing) and what would be the best way of obtaining them (ie day, time, etc...)

  2. Is there an easy way of opening the case even if both the top and bottom are locked

  3. what are the best times in general to go when you are least likely to be bothered over in the fine arts section.

Those are all I can think of atm, once again thank you so much for your help on this.

Just curious what you flip from best buy and other places if you don't mind me asking. I've been trying boosting out lately more than I used to just because I realized how easy it is to make quick cash if you know what you're doing. I've been lifting apple 4k tv's mainly if im getting something to flip just because I figure they're the easiest guaranteed profit, but i'd like to know others, thanks either way :)

I got caught at H0me D3pot a couple months back, got stopped at the doors by a fucking football team (huge ass head of AP, 3x my size who took up the whole span of the door I was trying to exit, and then 3 more employees/managers standing to the left, right, and behind him), looking back at it I should have just ran through the emergency exit since I know the layout of the store like the back of my hand, but my mind wasn't working in the moment. I had offered to just give the stuff back (respectfully) and said that I didn't want any issues and that I would stay away in the future but AP told me the cops were already on their way. Me being ignorant at the time I thought the cops response time would be pretty fast...wrong. Not only had he not yet called the cops, from the time he did it took 2 hours for them to show up...I was unfortunately locked in the back (had a pretty chill convo with AP and some of the managers, I was making them laugh and lightening up the mood since that's the type of person I am). Anyways cops finally showed up, they barely even searched me (just made sure I wasn't carrying any weapons), AP asked how I opened the alpha box (apparently they've never seen anyone open a security device before and they've been working AP for 3 years LOL, guess not as many people use them as I thought), I told them that I used neodymium magnets to act as a makeshift detacher and that it slipped out of my hands while I was unboxing everything in the bathroom and that they are so easy to make that I didn't really care and just flushed it. In reality I was using a legitimate s3 key but they didn't need to know that lol. Cops were super nice, just asked me basic questions regarding my info, never got arrested/booked, they wrote me with just the most basic shoplifting ticket (so lowest level of punishment) only because AP said they wanted to prosecute (fucker), otherwise they would have just let me go .-.

Showed up to my court date, was put in the diversion program so I just have to do a class and once that's completed the charges will be dropped. The case is technically still open because the charges are put on pause until the course is completed. Everything should work out fine as long as I go to the class. Not sure if my situation is the standard but that's my experience with it. I had an entirely clean record prior to this incident.

Sorry this is kinda a novel but figured i'd post it anyways since it's pretty fuckin hilarious imo, hopefully someone gets a good laugh out of it :)

So this actually happened to a friend of mine that I used to lift with, some days were a struggle trying to amass enough money to get a hotel room since that's where we were living, he didn't like his living situation very much and I had gotten kicked out so I didn't have many options (but tbh hotel living was pretty fun for a while, but back to the point...)

So one way we would make money fast for either gas or to put us over the edge at the amount we needed to get a room for the night...at a few of the major grocery chains in our region there are these milk bottles that you can return to get what's called a bottle refund for $2 a bottle (I know its a pretty small amount but the smallest bottle is about the size of a mini water bottle and my friend was pretty good at getting a lot of these, we'd clean them out and then i'd go and return them to get the money since they don't ever think twice about doing the refund and never asked any questions). Well while my friend was in getting everything, my car ran out of gas and during the summer it gets brutally hot...b r u t a l...so I went inside and sat at the startbucks that was a part of the store. I get a call about 20 minutes later from said friend, turns out I had locked the car on accident and he was like "yo hurry the fuck up I just lurped the shit out of this place and am standing in the middle of the parking lot with everything in my hand." so I got to the car, popped the trunk and this dude has like 10 milk bottles and a FUCKING food saver and had walked out with them in a large gift bag... well the gift bag had apparently broke from the bottom as he was walking out of the store, foodsaver and all and a bunch of the bottles had shattered in the process. Tbh would have been pretty funny to witness, unfortunately I was on the other side of the store. Everything worked out there was a gas station in the parking lot and those food savers sell same day easily lol but I find the whole experience absolutely hilarious.

Way too much to count, but i'd say at least $30-$40k in Electronics alone (that's my go to for lifting). Probably $5k in tools, maybe $50k total for the year :) first year lifting, I think I did pretty well!

Depending on what you're taking, one item could easily cost hundreds. If you have access to an s3 and know what you're doing it can sometimes be easy to get out with something expensive. I prefer concealing rather than walkouts generally, but it depends on the situation.

Hobby Lobby was the fucking best, I remember my friend who was working there at the time was super chill and gave me loads of information on what I needed to know store by store. They also told me exactly where the keys were kept for every store so I have at least 1 key to almost every hobby lobby in my area haha. The main thing that I needed from Hobby Lobby were copic markers, which are locked up pretty tight. Lemme tell you, just because you have a key does not make that shit easy to steal that aisle is almost impossible to hit at the perfect moment. There is one LP guy for the entire state and usually comes around to each store once every three months, and ironically the one time I've been caught at hobby lobby was the one time I wasn't taking a fuck ton of high priced markers and opening the case (because it was too busy). I just ran and got away super easily he tried to grab my bag but didn't succeed. I don't believe the store has many cameras (like 4) and 99% sure there wasn't one in the aisle I lifted from (I know this because of my inside information) but does hobby lobby share information with other hobby lobbies in the area? It's been about a month and a half and I've been dying to go back to a hobby lobby (obviously not the same one) but I dont know if it would get me fucked over or if its something that no one would pay too close of attention to. If LP hadn't been working that unlucky day I would have never been caught probably, I was able to get away with so much at hobby lobby and the employees never caught on or saw me :P
