I suggest you read some of his works. I'd advise starting with Imperialism: The Highest Stage of Capitalism; and State and Revolution. I was once an anarchist too, but once I started reading Lenin myself I found a great intersection between our views. Don't let the failed Russian Revolution cloud your view of one of the greatest liberators of the 20th century. I can't see how you can possibly view Lenin as a fascist - Trotsky and Stalin perhaps, but Lenin always remained a champion of true, proletarian democracy and causes of liberation. Don't see why you have a problem with his violence, either.

It was year 8, and we were doing a game in Geo class. People would come to the front of the class, be given a landform (ie a cliff) and would have to mime that action in front of the class. Someome came to the front of class, acted out a few minutes of their landform, but no-one could guess it. Dejectedly, I shouted out "desertification"... just as this lad was pointing to his scrotum. Completely unintentional, but bought me massive fame for a few months before I got into a good school.

No doubt the war on leftism and the antifa will be strengthening after this - brace yourselves for "it was the antifa's fault", comrades. I'm personally opposed to these isolated acts of violence, and I know many antifa friends are too. A similar, though far less significant act happened recently in my native Melbourne - a cryptofascist named Andrew Bolt was attacked by anarchists. While I love me some fash bashing, most acts like these can only be used to counter class consciousness by the right.

I agree, but I don't think we should merge subraddits en masse. Reddit and raddit differ greatly - here, we're a community of avowed revolutionaries and don't really have to worry about "splitting the party" or any such matters. This platform gives us a means for wide-ranging discourse, and we should take advantage of that. For instance, while I agree general subraddits like that could be merged, we should work to keep individual matters distinct - ie having subs for each communist ideology, not just lumping it into "communism".
