We need the old guys! Please come back! And thanks OP for this. Question, how does one learn social engendering though? Is there a book to read or maybe some youtube vids you can point me to?

Or maybe they set it up to go off because they are on to you? Like had it go off with a switch and hoped you would freak out or something. Have you lifted from this store a lot and not waited between lifts? Maybe try another store if you can.

Oh but of course they're going to get angry. I would totally expect that. They feel they are always in the right because they are on the side of the "law". This comes down to ethics, morals, and the law. WHICH ARE ALL SUBJECTIVE. But I will say that laws are put into place to be used and/or exploited. Hence why in some places the fact that a lifter can say they were assaulted if a hand on laid on them and they say "You're assaulting me". Laws in most cases aren't supposed to favor anyone and when they do is when they are broken or needing to be changed. I have a few lawyers in my family and they know what I do. I know the laws in my state for being caught and or what to do and how to get away with it. They just say to be smart and do not get caught. He is hurt and stupid. Don't waste your time with him. Waste it putting time into figuring out how to lift better!

As a former GS, I am very moved by this act of kindness. May the lifting gods shine down on you!
