True. Costco also has no plastic bags policy. You can lift stuff that you can hide in your own backpack/bag. LPs are highly active (in couples usually). I don't have an answer to waht OP asked.

Didn't want to disclose my position at first. But it's better if i not lie just to cause any misunderstandings like this. I realized it's better to be honest if i wanted honest and helpful responses. insert smiley face

What? Really? Please don't make any remarks if you have no knowledge about the subject. But yeah, the highprofile hospitals have multiple storages and equipment to last an apocalypse. Don't worry :)

Edit: i appreciate your concern to moralize me based on yout assumptions.

Ok.

FIRST CASE>> I blurt out just whatever number based on my calculations. (Usually, i Do this only when she/he asks you the question to what the count you have on hand. Answer this casually while looking into the eye. Without any signs of confusion. They won't double check)

SECOND CASE: (If this person moves her arm inorder to grab the merch to count. Let her.) Now, here i do is go in the changing room. Put on/in whatever I want. Then head back in the store without looking at this person, as if everything fits and I want to buy everything happily (tested option). Or say thankyou with a smile while charging out. This might be risky she could end up asking how they fit and everything.

Then, put the unwanted stuff back somewhere. Head out. Hope this helps. :) Marshmallows. You got taste. My fav too. Lol

Hey, it's ok. Ask your friend no to panic over some frugal issue. Unless the cops knock on the door, after his arriving home. Even then, don't panic, if they do somehow show up! They might just happen to be in the area to investigate smelse.

Tell him. If he ever gets caught; ask him to stay calm and run his thought train to do something constructive. Think what can be said or done in the given situation to minimize/nullify the damage.

Don't fear. Cops are just humans with guns/tasers and they won't use it unless they feel threatened. They won't put you against the ground unless you talk in a calm manner. Give them the benefit of doubt that they are above and respected, eventhough they are being jackshit.

Peace w you.

Don't worry! Security will never check with the optician unless you lifted up something from the optical store too.
