-1 using Telegram

-1 These are horrible methods for even attempting to forge documents, maybe in a 3rd world country with tech from the 50's

-1 Are you really this lazy that you couldn't come up with more convincing scam?

This has been tried several times, and continues to be a vital if "dirty" measure. I won't name examples but there are plenty if you take a moment to think on details.

Personally I see it as a devils bargain. If we act like the powers we claim to fight where does that end? We have plenty of ways to support ourselves without having to sleep with the enemy, become symbiotic with that which we hate.

At some point someone will betray ideology for money, influence, or power. Better to avoid making enemies in your own house and make a united front.

To my knowledge it only identifies the serial number of the printer but I am not sure if this is related to a particular manufacturers tracking dots or if others document more or less data. For instance I can see the dots keeping track of a devices Mac Address in certain situations but there is not enough documentation to give a clear answer on this.

Theres several depending on the manufacturer and the perceived threat.

The only way to avoiding having microdots printed on your documents is to either print in black and white or to use a printer that's not known to use this technology

The printed yellow dots could be a hedge against counterfeiting - if the purported date of the document does not match up to the data confirmed by the dots, then you know it's a fake. But these dots can also be used to identify the printer a whistleblower uses, as happened with Reality Winner.

Fair warning there are A LOT of methods to this tech as companies routinely make deals with eachother to combat corporate espionage so this frequently changes from year to year.

Its the same amount of trust you'd be putting in riseup (not sure if you specifically need a US based service for your purposes). Unless you use riseups .onion domain (requires javascript) or use protonmails .onion domain (requires javascript) although I believe registration for new accounts through the onion domain in protonmail requires either a compatable clearnet email or mobile number for sms.

Considering Riseups servers are all located in the US and within the federal border zone making seizure of said servers very likely given the current climate.

In any case if you aren't using PGP either service will be able to see the contents of said accounts.

Could always rent a cheap VPS with crypto that way its seeding from another jurisdiction and shouldn't be throttled as long as the company or ISP the hosting provider uses doesn't have policies against it.

Start small like bars, clubs, bookshops, barbershops, etc.

Also do not underestimate the power of seeding torrents you would be surprised how far something will spread if you seed it from a vps and let it be for months. Popular torrent sites will be adequate there are numerous lists on torrentfreak and reddit.
