it's more like putting it in the verb slot in a sentence which (normally) is the first word after li. you do have to have a subject before li or it doesn't make sense.

but yes. every word (except particles) are nouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs depending on where they are in the sentence in toki pona, and some do even more

shadow demons have been taking fruit and putting it with the vegetables. this will not do, so the walmart employees train to fight the demons. this probably ends in the employees joining the demons though and fighting walmart with their new found power

if you're going for having a single character as the player instead of them managing multiple people or the entire commune, I think lone wolf anarchists would work better. it could feel kinda weird to have NPCs that are supposed to be full people with agency in the story and all that, but can't build anything or get in the player's way too much because they're living the the player's space and NPCs doing to much there just doesn't really work well.

for combat, I think something defensive based would play better with the farm sim, so the player has to make their farm able to do farm things and defense things. maybe not full on tower defense, but where you're being attacked more often then not

idk, what were you thinking for the systems? (or is this anywhere near what you were asking to being with)

it's a really chill little open world where you play as Sable, who is going on a coming of age journey that's to wander and find what she wants to be. it is mostly exploration on your hover bike and climbing, with some puzzles around. no combat, which I think makes it better. it's one of the few open worlds that I've enjoyed until the end, only other one was elden ring
