I'd suggest trying to find material on polyamory, or relationship anarchy. There are many blogs, subreddits, books etc. I'm sure tumblr has a deep community of polyamorous/relationship anarchist peeps.
Also investigate the work done by queer communities since they're kinda experts on relationships imo. "queer theory" is a good place to get started. (Edit: I now realize I'm already in /f/queer :P)
I haven't read these texts, but here are some searches on theanarchistlibrary to get you started:

Good luck on your journey <3

Two things:
Don't worry about it too much. Vegan food is mostly popular since it locks you into a consumerist cycle of buying vegan food to escape guilt. Better to save your anxiety for rioting, torching a slaughter-house, or something else that has a bigger impact.
Veganism isn't all-or-nothing. If you eat a single vegan meal, then you're vegan for that meal. If you try to "succeed" at being a vegan, it's gonna absorb too much of your energy. It's impossible to exist without damaging others in this world, so try to forgive yourself instead, and exit the loop of blame and guilt.
