If this is the first time they've taken a photo of delivery and you've had several refunds they are probably on to you.

As for saying it was stale or something was in it - pretty much every single company I can think of requires you to send it back in that instance, so they can investigate and prevent other customers getting a potentially spoiled batch.

I say this one isn't one you can get away with.
