Don't be stupid. You're trying to pick fights.

I'm pretty sure the fact that someone hasn't been marginalized is pretty relevant when they are claiming you always have to be calm and unemotional to be worth listening to
Then you will only make progress in situations where emotional catharsis and expression leads to the results you want. Good luck.

First, get used to having cameras on you all the time. But have fun. Be nice to people and they'll be nice to you. (except cops)

Thank you. I wouldn't call that debunking but it's good you gave a citation. Marx gave a thought experiment not data.

Everything is going to require a social security number. But if you just want the cash not the deposit you can ask a friend to deposit for you (just endorse the check over to them), you can cash at a supermarket, a "check cashing" place (both might want your fingerprint) and if it's a pay check you could try a Bluebird card or other program for the "underbanked"

Raddle catered to their base. It is what they should have done
Why? Isn't it better to have principles and stick to them?

if your societal norms determine your views then you're already a P.O.S.
This.
It is
Not this (it's the same thing.)

it's a company with hundreds of workers that wants to make money
That doesn't mean the design is bad. (Actually I do think reddit design is bad but not because it's a corporation.)

And if someone read your comment and wrote "you're only saying that because you're black/gay/a woman/disabled/etc." how would you feel? Like, "Oh, you're only saying that because you're sitting on the margins and don't know how the real world works."
I'm not saying those things are true (hopefully obviously) I'm just saying it's not productive to use identity politics to find truth.

an emotional reaction can be a perfectly "reasonable" response
No it can't. That's not what "reason" means. Reason is using logic applied to real life, not emotion.
Being reasonable doesn't mean you don't care.
