In my eBay experience - it was the buyer. I have had buyers offer to pay more than the gift card value and I wondered why... because they are just going to dispute the transaction. No more GC on eBay for me

I am in florida for holidays and walked out of Costco with. A coach purse today. Was super easy...just picked it up from display (there was one sales person working the display and I picked up when she was not looking). Then proceeded to shop and remove tag. Put on my shoulder on way out and no one cared.

A note - am not a member and always walk in through the exit and claim I want to get a membership app. Then usually proceed to walk around and get free samples as my lunch.

That’s what I have heard. They can go back to see who and add you to the “list.” Also if you do run and they see that it puts 2+2. With that said- my famous move is opening pill boxes at CVS and leaving with the pills
