Have you tried Human Japanese? It's less an e-book and more an app, but it's pretty damn awesome. I started lessons on it a while ago, but kinda forgot about it for a bit. Come to think of it, I should probably start using it again.

Just a little FYI: it's available on a few different platforms and offers a free trial, but there's no native Linux version so you'll have to get creative if you plan to go that route.

Edit: I found my old bookmark, if you need it: https://www.humanjapanese.com/

If you replace "between people" with "with established institutions", that would describe my life pretty well. Truth be told, I'm not much of a people person irl either.

The anarchist style of fashion is 'whatever the fuck I want to wear', which for me would usually be nothing at all (if that was allowed, ofc). Idealism aside, I usually just wear whatever comfy thing is in the front of my closet. I literally have something like five copies of the same old shirt.

Where do I begin? Let's see (in no particular order because favorites are hard)...

My namesake from Phineas and Ferb (the actual title is Dancing in the Sunshine) Barking at the Moon from Bolt 🎵 Let it Go! 🎵 Try Everything from Zootopia Son of Man from that animated Tarzan movie (the lyrics need improvement, but I love the tunes and the spirit of it) I'm in Love with a Monster from Hotel Transylvania ...,lots of other movie songs

And I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Aurora's songs (Running with the Wolves, Warrior, The Seed, etc.). She's definitely my favorite musician.

If anyone has suggestions, I'm looking for more to add to my playlist (bright and cheerful like my namesake, soulful like Aurora's songs, or dark and spooky like the one from Hotel Transylvania).

I'm pretty sure some of uBlock Origin's filter lists can handle paywalls, but I've never bothered with those because the news sites I frequent don't have them. I should warn you: you'll definitely want to read up on the documentation for the advanced settings if you plan to work with them.

I just read through their site and it's looking pretty awesome to me. My only concern so far is that it's apparently not in the Arch repos or even the AUR. The general lack of information on it is a little worrying, from a security perspective, as is having to download it off a website.

Honestly, I'm not sure I get the appeal of that. But to be fair, I don't even use my escape key anymore. The next big thing I plan on looking into is how to remap my right Alt, Ctrl, and Shift (which I literally never use) so I'll have three more modifier keys to work with. It'd be nice to have extras so global shortcuts won't interfere with anything else.
