I understand you guys are probably talking about USA, but where I live political parties receive 11.60€ for each vote they get on elections. Either way, monetarily or morally, no fucking way I'll help feeding corruption.

I don't really need or want anything material. Ok, perhaps a few dictators heads inside gift boxes.
That would be pretty cool.

It's plain horrible and terrifying. I already knew fascists in Poland were on the rise, but not to this extent.

Oh I'm feeling pretty good actually. Except I could use some more sleep.

Cars? Absolutely not. I'd say either walk, or use a bicycle.

I really have no idea.
But I'm pretty sure there's at least one.

Reply to Hong Kong police are spraying protesters with blue-dye water cannons to mark them for arrest later by An_Old_Big_Tree
Not surprised, that tactic is used in other totalitarian countries as well for quite some time.

This is something that really scares me, since it's becoming more common every year lately.
I'm not even talking about the aberration of pressuring and controling people to generate even more money for the selected few, which is already horrible. I'm really afraid that before we know it, all this shit (chips, cameras, microphones, computer logs, etc) will be mandatory in some countries and used beyond company uses, like surveillance for dictatorships.

Reddit has always been controlled by ad money
That's true, and greed doesn't stop there. They have some... concerning investors lately. They applied censorship and other troublesome ethics before , but it won't get any better now with so many fresh millions of $ from one of the largest chinese companies around.
I mean, take a look at Reddit App for example. The ads are nothing compared to the tracking they have there. I'm pretty certain they're selling information to the chinese government (and others).
Also, I have the feeling that every subreddit is getting more and more toxic recently. So much, that I stopped visiting a few of them that I was still lurking from time to time.
For me, Reddit is dead. And good riddance honestly.

Thank you!
And it's all in a simple but responsive html file, so it's easy to read offline in any screen.

I usually add a leaf or two of laurel (or bay?) leaves from my garden, I'm not sure how it's called exacly in english. And then remove them when the rice is cooked, just to add flavour.
