Can you get into the Bios? What vendor and model number is the laptop?

You can work around this by having two battery operated lights inside your bag. Line the bag with a reflective surface and make sure one light is on top of the product.

You get three no return receipts within 365 days. If you are returning items that are considered high shrink, multiples of the same item, or expensive battery operated equipment then it is a gamble.

Home Depot will only give you merchandise credit.
