Won't work.
You'll need at least 1" X 1" N52 magnets to tackle most tags.

Yeah, their food is nice. I just walk out with the stuff, and had no issues.

Gonna make lifting just a bit trickier, as this could potentially filter known lifters and alert LP as they've just entered the store.

Deluded c*NTS. I'd understand if some punk snatched a purse from a granny, but stealing some ice-cream from a multi million dollar company?
This is why you treat any shopper as potential LP, and this rule has been golden.

Get the barcode of something really cheap that weighs the same as the product you want to steal?

The magnets in an S3 key are quite small, so highly unlikely.

UK here.
Yes, alot of the do have scales and are aware of each product weight via barcode.

Steaks (like electronics, etc) are stolen alot! Maybe the were focusing on that particular section of the store?
Sometimes the steaks are high! 😆

Glad that's cleared up.
That's why it's best to treat any shoppers as a potential plainclothes LP.

Btw, is it possible to jam the towers so that they don't go off? Be cool to have a gadget that does this!

Great write up!
Due to lifting for profit, and being wreckless (ie lifting when homeless), I've pretty much burned all the local stores.
But yeah, it's nice to do it on the low down and as frequently as you do it!

Not really. Gives LP more time to apprehend you IF you've been made.
I usually do walkouts; in and out as quickly as possible.

The jacket material seems a bit on the thin side! Don't items bulge out?

Also, like spiders, they're prone to the battery going flat thus rendering them useless.

Re Tesco's; I prefer to go in when they're really busy. You can Google the store and it'll show you a graph and you can check the busiest time to go.

Maybe advertise stuff first, then boost it once a few ppl show interest? Saves alot of time, and cuts out the risk of getting caught for an item that is essentially worthless.

Depends if the battery is dead. The LED light usually flashes every 20-30 secs. No light usually means no power.

Reply to comment by Wikileaks in walkout in smaller stores by Wikileaks
A lot of stores in the EU are like that (Lidl or Aldi) that force you thru the checkouts.
Best to conceal, or find a different store that's easier to do a walkout.
