Target is easy. Put the item in the cart. Walk with cart to quiet aisle. Conceal item. Leave cart in aisle. Leave store.

CVS is easy because there are no mirror walls in my area. I would be a little hesitant otherwise.

Lifting every week would get suspicious. I wait at least 3 months for the big stores like Walmart and Target and 1 month for smaller stores. I know this way I am not on their radar and they don't get used to seeing me.

Dress like a delivery man and pretend you're doing a transfer of the fridge to another store. Get a few buddies dressed in the same clothing to make it look more authentic.
