I successfully did one last month. My last. They sent a UPS driver out to my house a week later to ask questions and he decided to file a police report which made me have to deal with the police. Granted they still think the package was stolen, but it’s much different then a year ago when literally all you had to do was send a couple emails and you get a refund.

Please understand DNA is mostly dead. UPS WILL contact police and file a report, they WILL hire independent investigators, they WILL have a driver make a trip to your house and ask questions.

Yeah this is the basis of my lifting tactic though and really the only way I fail to lift. Just have to return the item a while later to a different store when I do get asked to pay.

Package carriers are getting nailed for all of these. They are starting to investigate heavily and will ban your address regardless of Amazons decisions for all shipments by the carrier. The dna heyday is over.

Lol get this scam out of here

You are fine. The failed cop making $14.50 an hour to protect chicken nuggets and the systems used to process hundreds of thousands of pieces of data every hour don’t communicate with each other. You’ll be caught stealing the items before you’ll be caught by the technology.

DNA is dead and the several posts about it lately show that in full force.

walk into big box store
tell people they should NOT steal items that are watched by LP
do 180 and tell people to lift TI-83 calculators that ARE watched by LP
forget to mention TI-83 calcs are source tagged in the battery compartment
Wow what a post!

Look down at phone when passing by and always wear a hat. I send a sweet nothing text to my fiancé everytime I enter.

To the guy who got the spider wrap off that $79 Sony Blu-ray/streaming device and staged it on the shelf along with a banana peel and then was trying to steal an AC gauge when I walked around the corner to you fiddling with the box open, thank you. I went back after seeing you look so obvious and took the sony player and the AC gauge I myself needed while only paying for my coke at self checkout. Hope you didn’t get caught friend.

Wally World has been getting hit HARD. I’m not sure if any of you remember about a week or two ago they ran articles about new AI security features Walmart had spent millions to install? If you read those articles you would know that they actually installed them in 2016. What I’m assuming happened was they spent all this fucking money on tech that didn’t work and didn’t see any results. So now they are going ape shit scanning receipts and harassing customers like never before. I would guess even the recent news stories written about the AI were pushed by Walmart to try and scare lifters, why else start running a story about technology installed years prior? If it was working you wouldn’t need all these greeters.

Full cart walk outs are the way to go with a partner. You should be in the store filling up before your sketch comes in. This method works great for figuring out who LP is as well.

Thank you for this. Always wanted a pair, and I’ll flip the other 2 for a nice dinner or something with the wife. Hopefully they arrive to me before Walmart catches on. :)

I’d only do one set at a time. I would use similar set names. For example a cheap Star Wars set would work in place of the falcon or another high value Star Wars LEGO set. Throwing prices off that much would raise suspicion so I’d use at least 4 digit numbers.
Cutting out the barcode and trying to place it underneath it is silly. Purchase the printer paper that peels off into a sticker. Take photo of barcode. Print photo of barcode. Cut it out. Then stick it on the item by concealing the sticker in your hoodie pocket with hand in pocket peel it when you are about to pick up the set and slap it over the barcode as you pick it up. LP will watch self checkout for tag swapping like you plan to do especially with a big set. Sometimes I slap a couple labels on as I peruse the section and then come back later and grab sets or have friends grab them throughout the day.

Very but be cautious of tracers. Best if you can use a drop address
