I used to work at Costco. There was a team of 5 under cover LP on the floor with walkie talkies at any given time. Costco's shrinkage is around 1% because of their LP presence and bulky ass items.

Wouldn't even dream of looting from Costco because of this.

Hey Bombaster, as I've stated earlier, the services and technologies you provide are truly invaluable. However, if I purchased a jammer is there 100% certainty that it will work straight out of the box? 100% money back guarantee? I'm only speaking from an experience I had taking to somone who purchased a jammer from you, that's all.

You're doing amazing work regardless and I'm very greatful for all the FREE information you've provided, believe me. Thank you.

Those plastic blister packs are a pain but a tiny box cutter usually makes short work of them if you compose yourself and cut quietly, for me at least. Look up the Olfa CTN-1 Carton Cutting knife, this blade is my go to. Yes it'll depreciate the value of the item but it's better than nothing.

There's alot more too it than just testing it. I've spoken to somone who purchased a jammer off of Bombaster and experienced multiple issues. Among one of these issues was the inconsistency of the device working. Whether it's the device itself, user error, or external factors affecting the device I can't tell you but if you're hoping for a 1 stop solution I would be cautious and research thouroghly, you may be left with something that doesn't work as intended with very little ability to troubleshoot the problem. I'm am not discrediting Bombaster in any way, only speaking on experience. I wanted to purchase a jammer myself, and although there is some support available, I wouldn't expect the best possible customer support.

Concealing goods in another box and purchasing the decoy box has worked for me best. Purchase small circular clear stickers to reseal the box before purchase, if anyone tries to tamper it to look inside say you need to get your wallet and dip. If the gate goes off after you purchase the item just keep walking.

Hi there, all though Bombaster provides a truly invaluable service there are alternatives available. Speaking from personal experience:

First: Magnets, hooks, detachers and s3 keys can be purchased on China's @maz0n. They may not have the same certain incognito elements (portability) but I've had no problems with any of the products I've purchased and they've since paid themselves off 20x over.

Second: Not sure where you're located, but try and start with any store that does not have security gates what so ever. There's a certain pet store in mind that doesn't have security gates which also has a good return policy. Aim for small items that can be returned, acquire store credit, sell the store credit off at a discount. If you're dealing with stores that have gates, strip the item of its packaging to ensure there are no tags and place the item in another box, purchase the box, take the item out, return the box afterwards. Do this in a blind isle of course.

Third: I've contemplated purchasing jammers and certain types of fabric from Bombaster but I am nowhere near well hearsed enough in the technology to trust it. I feel like there are a tonne of technical variables when it comes to jammers and fabrics in general which is a risk I'm not willing to take.

I personally wouldn't risk making a bag out of tin foil. Read up on the multiple tutorials provided by Bombaster to understand the intricacies of security gates. Your foil bag would be completely useless against a store with RF gates for example.

Do not attempt to do anything until you have a basic understanding of security systems, camera placements, escape routes and of course the potential legal rammifcations of what you're doing.

There's a painless method involving helium and an oxygen mask.

I don't trust Velcro seals. The opening needs to be folded over at least 2 or 3 times on itself so there's no leakage. I use fabric I found on Amazon and made my own bag, this is the best way. Again, I over engineered the shit out of my bag opting for 4 layers and a enough slack to fold the opening over at least 3-4 times. Not going to promote the company here that sells the fabric, because fuck them, but their initials are M.D. and it's sold on bezos. A $25 made in China bag won't do shit. My bag came up with around $100 in materials only. The company that makes the fabric also developed an app you can use to place your phone in the bag to test if it's recieveing sinals. Aluminum foil booster bags are crap for the most part, don't know what to do with AM tags in that regard but my RF bag works flawlessly. Why didn't you test your bag beforehand? Get an RF tag only, bag it, and walk through multiple store gates without any merchandise?

If you can't cut into it to remove the tag I'd personally skip the item.

Amazon for the fabric. Aim for the bag to be at minimum 2 layers thick. Fold the get faraday fabric into a pouch and sew the edges together, use faraday tape to seal the seams. I used some black fabric to make a slightly larger sleeve for the bag to go into. Sealing the bag will be the hardest part. I used magnets to make a foldable clasp. Good luck, there won't be too many tutorials out there.

It's always going to depend on the store / who's working, but stereotypes exist for a reason.

I'd highly advise against lifting in a foreign country without fully researching the criminal laws pertaining to shoplifting. Even then I wouldn't do it. What if it complicates your ability to leave the country? Too much risk for something that will more than likely not be worth it.

But hey, your life.
