I'm normally in work clothes when I lift so it's mostly dress shirt and chinos with dress shoes and sometimes even a suit. I normally lift on my way home from work. I leave my "work badge" hanging from my belt to make myself appear to be easily identifiable even though upon closer inspection it's not my name and not even a real company. Or even my picture. Haha

Either a hook or a gold detacher. If they have the round side connected, just use a gold detacher.
