Ive lifted multiple times where the single item I got was $800-$1000. More multiple times of $600 worth in a few items and I've been back to the same exact store within months and no issues. I've lifted majority of my household items from a few of the same stores every week for years now where my annual totals have been in the tens of thousands.

Your friend has nothing to worry about. But if it's that big of a thing to them this life just isn't for them.

So 2 orders of $80 total is your account history? I have a 15 year old account with thousands spent and I nearly managed $1200 worth of product in the last couple years. They record serials now and enter them in a theft database. Not to mention that MacBook will be a signature required item.

In a cart, it would seem odd to just carry it. Gotta figure what people are used to seeing, and seem as typical and ordinary as possible. Blending in with preconceived ideas that people have makes you damn near invisible while lifting.

She knows I do in general. She didn't think I was at the moment but she puts it together and doesn't interfere.

I've gotten lots of Hu3 stuff. I know it's all source tagged with an AM tag underneath the cardboard insert inside the box. I figure alot of the tags arent active because I've never had towers go off with any of them.

The vacuums I get aren't source tagged, and that tablet I got wasn't which I knew before I got it. I do extensive research before lifting and know what has tags and what doesn't. That way even if I'm not planning to get anything if I see something unsecured that normally isn't I can grab it when I see the opportunity.

Lifting is really just research, knowing your stuff and windows of opportunity.

Dyson's are tough because they have the reputation as a high end item and people watch them like Hawks.

I managed to get a tablet from BB last year, but it was spur of the moment. Happened to go with the wife, she ended up needing something so we bought her thing and I needed to go to the restroom. On the way to meet up with her to leave I grabbed the tablet off the shelf. When I got to her was carrying her bag and her receipt along with the tablet in the same hand. Walked right past the yellow shirt at the door since 3 customers were all leaving at the same time. I then noticed out of the corner of my eye just next to the entrance maybe 7 feet from us was a uniformed LEO who wasn't there when we came in. The yellow shirt starts saying "sir, can I see your receipt?" Over and over again. Everyone just kept walking and we made it out and away no problem.

But it was definitely one of those brown eye clenchers. I did just snag a couple really nice vacuums ($250+ each) from a orange construction store along with about $1300 of those fancy schmancy PhlLIps Hu3 bulbs via walkouts though.

I've done variations of this... Not going into detail but several times this has worked very well. I've done $1000, $800, and some $500+ walkouts with this technique but slightly modified. So this is nothing new. Works really well during the busy holiday season as long as you can avoid the increased SA presence.

They don't have plain clothes. Their AP wears a polo that says AP on it. Can't speak to that code word business... I've lifted plenty from that orange construction store

I've been meaning to scope some out around my neck of the woods. Really want a cricut maker and supplies for the wife. Seems like a grab and run though, or an attempted walkout followed by a run most likely. Maybe crowds during the holidays will allow for a successful walkout or buy some bulky stuff and use that to cover everything and attempt.

Don't bother... You're not talking your way out. If you're at the point you're face to face with them you already messed up. GTFO out and hopefully you spent more time thinking of SHTF scenarios than this excuse business. They have rules, you dont... Use that to your advantage. Even saying that some LP are vigilantes and will break the rules because majority of the time you have no credibility and they do. Remember that the populace and PD view you as bad and them as good.

HD LP is neutered. You can read all over about it on the internet. They have message boards griping about how people literally do walkouts right in front of them and they can't do anything. Unless that person has hit them before, then they call PD the second they see them enter and have them wait to leave and PD handles it. Seems you go out of area, hit them and never go back. Make sure it's far enough to where nearby locations might have a BOLO on you.

Hardly worth it. That's a serious Federal crime, that will be investigated by SS. If you make it yourself all printers these days embed microdots in everything they print that identifies the printer itself. So is it worth it for a couple $$$ ? The real goal in that would be to get enough legit currency in change so you end up generating money on a long enough timeline.

Back when the Creative Nomad Jukebox's came out. First large storage mp3 players $500 a pop. Would put two or three of them inside a paper shredder box inside the shredder. Buy the shredder and sell the players on eBay then go and return the shredder. Was a lucrative thing until all the stores ran out of stock and it seemed like a sign to quit while ahead on those.

Honestly some of that anxiety is vital. It can keep you alert, and prevent complacency. Been lifting for nearly a decade with different methods, and different target products from consumer stuff to otherwise. That anxiousness occasionally is a reminder to stay humble and don't get greedy or arrogant. Trust the gut it'll keep you out of legal trouble.

They will definitely check the serials. Even sealed packages they open and check now. Unless you take the time to observe the associates and determine the ones that are less than caring and don't follow procedure. They always exist. Sometimes you gotta find your winning horse.

They have cameras near the registers and that whole area not throughout the store. The shopping areas have associates everywhere that keep an eye out. They do have plain clothes LP. My advice would be do not act suspicious, or hurried. People spend hours in there and it's normal so if you're looking rushed or hurried it will be a red flag. Dress accordingly, so you blend in with everyone else and act the way they do. I've done walkouts 4 times there for furniture. Each time was $500 worth of stuff. I've done smaller stuff via walkouts too or return scams. Just don't get spotted by the plain clothes and you're good, or be able to recognize them and ditch if necessary.

No need to copy equipment keys. I'm a heavy equipment operator and most equipment is keyed alike. You can buy whole sets of keys online that will open and start the majority of equipment out there.

Target has some sophisticated LP tech... Not worth it. Go to Wally. I did manage to get a couple Amazon products there but never again. Just not worth it for what amounts to peanuts.

I've been lifting groceries and essentials for nearly two years. I rotate my Wally's since there are 5 within about 10 miles. I spend about $25 a week on about $200 worth of stuff. Hell these days toilet paper and paper towels cost $20 a pack. $40 just on that... Who's stealing from who?
