Walmart has started to carry lots of shea moisture products so thats where I go for most of my hair products. Sometimes they even have edge control and eco styler. you can also try the hair section in rexcall or shoppers drug mart, it's actually really surprising they have so many black hair products.

I've only lifted from Sportchek a couple of times but I know that they do count items going into the fitting rooms, they do not count out but will watch what you have when you go in and when you leave with. Change rooms have to be unlocked by an SA. Most if not all clothes have dome tags on them which can be removed with a golf detacher. The more expensive/popular items have these tags that basically look like gator tags on steroids and are black. My 13000 gs magnet cannot remove them but because of their shape you can just rip a little hole in the clothes and take it out. mouth guards, armbands, skipping ropes and such are not tagged at my location but you can conceal then go to a change room to make sure. Blindspots vary from location to location but what always works for me is looking through a rack and dropping stuff in my bag. I have not yet visited a Sportchek with lp but they might have them in high shrink stores.

If your Barnes and Noble has towers in front on the washroom you can accidentally walk into the washroom with it to see if it goes off. If I beeps just put the book down and go in. Do this on a day when you're not lifting.

Staff honestly don't give a shit in corner stores, theyre to underpaid and expect people to steal. Just crouch down like your looking for something on a lower shelf and go to town.
