About fucking time, he's a fucking shame for libre software. Too bad that's the only thing that will happen to him regardless of all the horrible things he said or did. I don't like Stallman's definition of libre software either. People commercialising their fork of your libre software is not a "liberty" I care about.

They are TERF, they have been spamming for a while, I think no one made a ToS breach report so they haven't got banned yet.

Seems like they know full well where babies come from, contrary to the trash writing on that website. At least they use the TERF tag.

Rejecting the label of anarchism seems common amongst the green/anticiv side. I see it in a "kill your idols" way. It's not that they aren't anarchists but a rejection of a label that could hurt us by focusing on it as gospel.

It surely hurt me as for a while I thought that I missed the socialism part of anarchy because I've never read much literature on the subject. Which lead to Chomsky and justified authority kind of crap.

Some wisdom from Storm of Sedition:

My anarchy is a trajectory towards chaos and destruction
The crumbling of society
The total negation of all phantasms
The rejection of all civilizing forces
The breaking free of all constraints
In defiance of all systems and moral codes
Anarchism should be left to die

Why these communists made terrible decisions?

What allegations aren't true? Most of the common ones have simply been downplayed as "not that bad because some have done worst".

Please spam shit about dead anarchists. We don't fetishize them and it would be informative. Just like libre software, because I agree with some of it, I don't need to defend Stallman for being a piece of shit.

From what I understand they justify it with "it's all lies and propaganda against communism" but they can't deny those things so they excuses it with "it wasn't as bad". I don't understand their fetishism for idols and authority. Identifying with dictators just make them look bad, and it's scary.

What made me laugh is that they banned prince_kropotkin.

It's mostly done by volunteers that don't have financial backup. Things changes, new exploits being discovered etc. So I think it's understandable that it's unfriendly but also depend on what you are looking for.

Wasn't it disroot that tried (succeed?) to have calendar sync and such by hosting servers for a bunch of libre software?

Fair point, it will try to justify itself but it's harder when statistics show that your population doesn't want to be governed (obviously I have no hope for that to happen).

I'm unaware of any party wanting to get rid of the roots of exploitation. Voting for them is supporting them, whatever you believe 100% in their platform or 1%, the result is they get your vote. Why would I vote for any form of exploitation when I can simply not vote or blank vote.

Once you become dangerous to their power the so called "less evil" ones will defend themselves the same as all the others.

Yeah Stalin personally put every homosexual into gulags. The rest of the country had nothing to do with it. It is really reductionist to look at this as a single person being evil, and not as the effect of a backwards attitude in the entire society (which was still feudalist a few decades ago).

Don't blame the man in charge but blame the rest of the country, so only Stalin was good but he had no power or he's also part of "the rest of the country" so all were homophobic? I'm kind of confused by their argument, at least they aren't denying it.

Besides, gulag is a very scary word, but they were just prisons like every single country at the time had (and mortality rates were very low outside of war time).

Prison like everywhere else so it's all cool. That also included lack of food and slavery.

Is this the "communist" breitbart?

I think it doesn't matter if you need email verification or not, they will probably freak out just by seeing that someone keep using their email to subscribe to random websites. You could be creative and make the spam yourself!

I'm glad that most websites have blocked commenting on such articles. It pisses me off so much when people want to split people works from their private life. "Leave this rapist alone, he makes games I enjoy!", it's fucking pathetic.

I know vi is there by default on most system but it's kind of awful, you should just learn vim/neovim.

Some useful resources:

I unfortunately can't help you but for "average" use of linux those pages have always been useful to me.
