My opinion of AAA games with bugs in the same my opinion of AAA games without: AAA game studios are terrible capitalist institutions where they hire young, enthusiastic but naive people who dream about being creative and making beautiful games.
Do you know if indie developers have similar problems?

76 was just awful. I knew the game was going to be a trainwreck from the start, but I figured it would at least be playable.
Unless Obsidian comes back for round 2 I don't think I'm ever buying another Fallout game again

When it comes to "blonde" jokes, I dont find them really problematic because blonde people are white and teasing whites isnt really an issue. However, if the joke is made in a sexist manner, you would have to be more careful.
When is a blonde joke ever not sexist?

IIRC the stairs were unsafe by the city standards as it apparently lacked any foundation and had an uneven incline.
