Femboys from what I understand don't experience that, they are female presenting men, a big difference.
And for surgery, that is 100% valid to keep your dick, that doesn't mean your less trans. And maybe a different surgery type might be more in line? I've heard and seen penis preserving vaginoplasties as a thing now, so you can both if that feels better?
Being surrounded by trans happiness here is a much better thing for my mental state, leaving there was a really huge boost to my mood, hopefully even more will feel the same :)
