Yo I'm Cup_And_Saucer, 27F from Florida.

ED has been around for 10 years, found the original ProED in 2015 and been around since. I mostly restrict, prepping for an event in February and trying to lose 20 pounds by then but we all know how that goes.

Since I posted it I'll start (although I don't update tile evening)!

I'm trying to hella low restrict so I can eat like people on Thursday so

Breakfast: Coffee w/ 2 Tbsp Half & Half (35 cal)

Lunch: Egg White Omelet w/ feta and sundried tomato (86 cal)

Dinner: Fiance wanted ravioli :/ (461 cal)

Snacks: Chocolate Milk with Unsweetened Almond Milk and Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup (30 cal); 3 Tbsp of cool whip straight from the tub like a goddamned animal (45 cal)

Total: 657 cal :( wanted to stay sub 500 but felt bingy all day so I guess staying this low is a win

I'm planning to starve myself/vv low restrict from now til then to make up for it so idk if it counts but yeah.

I wanna eat Thanksgiving like a normal human, I want to grab seconds of mashed potatoes if I so choose, I wanna guzzle cranberry sauce like an animal, and I do not want to feel guilty this year.

I know, but I dont have the time/script writing ability to make that happen. And our poor sweet ProED had 30,000+ subscribers, most of which didn't even make it to the new sub. No idea how to find those people. 😥

We have Peach though, and I been shilling the raddle like a motherfucker on there.

Didn't do these hella often on ProED but I want raddle to take off since the admins are bastards so 💁‍♀️

  • Breakfast: Coffee with 1 tsp granulated sugar (it's the weekend lol) and 1/8 cup of whole milk (41 cal)

  • Lunch: lol no

  • Dinner: Various Japanese from Uber Eats that I'm too lazy to type out lol (392 cal)

  • Snacks: 2 cups of watermelon (80 cal); a pumpkin spice latte from Wawa during my long drive home (220 cal); TJs Spinach and Kale Greek Yogurt Dip (30 cal); 13 TJs Thin Mini Crackers (46 cal)

Total: 809 cal, so inside my limit despite soooooo much snacking and ordering dinner

I'm 27, I think I was probably 18 when my ED became diagnosable, although I didn't get a diagnosis til I was 24. Honestly didn't realize it was an actual ED until i found ProED 💁‍♀️

Both aunts on my Dads side are diagnosed so I wonder that it doesn't have a genetic component like some mental illnesses 🤔

My Charge 2 broke and my insurance offered me a discount on the Charge 3, otherwise I probably wouldn't have upgraded BUT it is an improvement. The waterproof thing is rad because I hated taking off my Fitbit to wash dishes, go swimming, run in the rain, etc. The heartrate monitor is waaaaay more accurate (and doesn't randomly miss hours for no reason), and the pedometer doesn't count driving my car as steps anymore so I think it's also been improved. My biggest downside is that I can't buy a cheap replacement band yet cause it's too new 😂

They banned us for "promoting self harm."

Which... I mean eating disorders are harmful so I guess anywhere people with EDs congregate has a lot of self harm involved, but the sub was about support and community, not encouraging the disease. None of us want to be this way, we're just not all ready for recovery and ProED was the only non-toxic non-recorvery ED community on the whole internet so the admins did us real dirty and hurt a lot of people by criminally misunderstanding mental health issues.

Not certain I understand your question but I think it can automatically do what you're asking.

I had a charge 2 for ages and now have a charge 3. The Fitbit app shows calories burned, and allows you to select how much weight you'd like to lose (from .5 lbs per week up to 2 lbs for week) then links with MFP and let's you know when you're above or below that goal for the day deficit wise.

For example I want to lose 2 pounds a week, so it wants me to have a 1000 calorie a day deficit and tells me in the app when I've eaten enough or too much.
