There are a few to choose from that I would tell you if they weren't so personal. I'm sorry but some would single me out and possibly expose who I am. It's for my own safety and I hope you understand.

I do like watching a YouTube channel called "Crimebodge" though, he exposes some of the shady stuff the police get up to. I'd suggest you check him out if you're interested in learning about how horrid the police service here is.

I have no idea about any of that in all honesty. Many of them were quiet when it came to talking about arms unless they were in training to be deployed with firearms. It was fairly quiet and since firearms weren't my general area, I have no idea on the general opinion except that a good amount did like the idea of being armed like many other forces in the world.

When it comes to undercover officers, it's a few hundred at best guess from what I've been told and I'm not sure but I wouldn't put it past them. They're in many left-wing and right-wing groups, that's just common knowledge at this point.

Knowing the nature of this site after a bit of browsing, A bit and also not very (if that makes any sense, but it will I'm sure). You get some anti-Muslim sentiments from some of the older officers but more and more are retiring and that culture's dying out within the service. With newer officers from about 2012-2016/7, they tend to be a bit more critical and hostile towards white people and a lot more apologetic and lenient with those from minority groups but a recent trend I have noticed is an increase in some far-right ideas surfacing in a few people and will no doubt spread despite efforts to cleanse the service of it. It also depends on the area, cities have those officers who are more critical of white people and other areas have seen a slight but significant rise of far-right thought (although hidden to be behind closed doors).

I'd have to say that seeing what the officers are like and what so many of them believe and how they act. Every single one enters the police service thinking "I'm going to help people and improve the nation!" but they end up becoming power-hungry (to put it the best way I can). They think they're above every other person just because of what their job is and it really fucks up the relationship between the service and communities they police in many cases. They do public events to "improve relations" but they usually stick newer recruits (The ones who aren't yet horrible people) and those who can put on a good facade (Which is many of them from what I've learned). They really, really enjoy dishing out punishments to people, even for things that aren't that serious, they laugh when they have to/can take a vehicle from someone who needs it. It's not just a smile from a job well done and making the world a better place, no, It's joy in using their power and now the UK is on lockdown thanks to coronavirus, they are loving the extra powers that they have. There is so much more wrong but that's probably the most notable and off-putting for me.
