What is Wordle?

Wordle is a simple word guessing game that started as just a once-a-day activity for the creator and their partner. It has since gained popularity and went viral in January 2022.

Words are 5 characters long, and you have 6 chances to correctly determine what it is. If you guess a letter that exists in the word, but in a different place, it is highlighted in yellow. If you guess a letter in the correct spot, it is highlighted in green. If the letter does not appear in the answer, it is not highlighted, and its box will be gray.

There is only one puzzle per day.
