And yeah byrd_guy is right; the herbals are scams. This is reinforced by the fact there is only 1 form of T you can take orally, and it is a synthetic ester. All other forms will go through a first pass of the liver and get metabolized before hitting the rest of your system, and if you were to manage taking enough to get some through anyway you would be poisoning your liver in the process. As far as I know this actually applies to all androgens, so you can’t even get around the problem that way. Basically, if it’s a “T pill” and it’s not testosterone undecanoate, it’s a scam, dangerous, or both.

Friends are saying it's unlikely to have been caused by the T but you can try to use tampons to absorb the blood if it's overwhelming "one up each nostril"

Some more details would help, specifically (or just use this as like a flow chart to check the situation)
- what form did you take the T in, injection, topical or oral? (oral has historically seen a risk for liver damage that's why its very uncommon, though that seem to have changed in recent years something to keep in mind though, your body should be able to re-balance out injectable T on it own with no serious risk, and I don't even think you can overdose on topical t unless you like bathed in it)
- what was the dose you took? (ranges for weekly injectable T is can be any where from 20 mg to 210 mg Source pg 27)
- if those don't seem to be the issue you should probably move on to either check if you got a bad batch or caused by something else entirely?

oral "herbal T" pills were what I took Specfically " DIM (100MG)" & "Ultimate MAN -T"..
I took the prescribed amount... 1 pill of DIM and 1 pill of MAN -T..... then all of sudden i felt cold then my nose started to leak red..
i will call back for a refund when I can.

Yeah those type of pill are scams that don't include any testosterone sadly and there's pretty much is no such thing as "herbal T" , hope you can manage to get your refund
in the US you can not buy testosterone at all without a prescription unless you go grey/black market, and the option are still limited
I haven't done DIY T myself (yet) but I have researched it a bunch, if you want some help with that (with a caveat that I am in the US so all my research is US-centric)

I don't have the experience with T or knowledge of the wide effecfs but if your nose is bleeding for more than 20 minutes and putting good pressure on it doesn't stop it you should seek medical attention.
