I don't remember how the conversation before went, but I think that this will not be easy without a dedicated group of people overseeing it. I personally don't want to have to look at porn all day.

I don't expect any of our extremely privacy-minded users would actually post OC, so I don't think it will require any work on our part if we limit it to OC.

That being said, I'd prefer we not change the ToS until postmill supports nsfw thumbnail blocking.

It'll become a lot of work if it becomes a significant part of the site at all. Without reliable dedicated moderators I don't know it's realistic.
And there's the whole problem of underage people posting themselves and people posting underage pictures pretending it is themselves.
