There are dozens of throwaway email servers out there. Requiring email to register would do almost nothing to deter trolls, and blocking those throwaway services would hurt actual users who want the privacy of using one.

You can see your whitelist status in your user profile. Users need to be whitelisted to use certain features. Normally we whitelist anyone that posts a few times so we can see they're not a spammer, but some users fall through the cracks. Request to be whitelisted here.

Use tags to make it easier for us to address your issues:

[WHITELIST] Request to be whitelisted so you can make/edit wikis, make new forums and post more than 3 times an hour.
[POLICY] Talk about site-wide policies, individual forum rules, etc.
[MOD APPLICATION] For people that want to be added to the mod team of a forum.

Disputes between users not involving clear ToS violations should be solved in f/mediation.
