Btw, how does everyone feel about renaming 'moderators' to 'curators'? I was thinking that might encourage mods to be more active on their own forums. Some mods have never posted on their forums even once.

'Curator' sounds pretty good; I've also always been partial to 'custodian', especially since it implies moderation but more as a service than a fancy position:

noun
a person who has responsibility for or looks after something

I've never moderated before, but I'll give Podcasts a try.

Note: I have my own podcast, so if that is a conflict of interest, feel free to disregard.

Added. I only listed forums with a lot of posts. There are lots of inactive forums that need mods too.

I don't think so... unless I did it by mistake when I was removing mods that haven't logged in for 3 months.
