The voting period has now elapsed. The majority of votes are "no" votes, so the rule is overturned.
About a month ago, this post was made in /f/ArmedLeft, announcing that Marxist-Leninists, Marxist-Leninist-Maoists, and Stalinists would be banned from the forum if they mentioned their ideology. There were several people opposed to it, and we agreed that we should challenge the rule in /f/meta, but this was never done (until now). So, if the admins are okay with this, please vote:
Should the moderators of /f/ArmedLeft be allowed to ban Marxist-Leninists, Marxist-Leninist-Maoists, and Stalinists from their forum for the reasons they gave in this post? Leave a comment that says "yes" or "no" below (with an argument for why, if you want to).
Edit: I realize that I forgot to specify a time period for when the vote should be ended. I guess it should be one whole day after the last vote has been submitted, if everyone else is okay with that. We should probably have a separate discussion thread to standardize the rules around voting like this.

I vote no, for the reasons I gave here.
