and btw recluse, since i never responded to your doxx for obvious reasons: I've never claimed I live in the Netherlands or that raddle is hosted on a home server. I've always said it's on a VPS in Amsterdam and that I live in western asia. I don't even have electricity in my house in the winter, and the only internet I have is mobile capped at 80gb a month, of course I'm not running a server. what on earth made you think otherwise?

If you don't mind, what is so bad against an incorrect Doxx? If anything the lies will probably make you safer and even if they try send the pigs it will be in the wrong country.

An attempt at doxxing someone who considers you a friend is a huge violation of trust especially for someone who is as security conscious as Ziq. Even if it can be written off practically as a misdirection, the reminder that you can be betrayed and threatened by people who have put trust in is a huge emotional and psychological burden.

Security culture (while essential for some folks) is inherently isolating and non-conducive to community bonds, so I agree that we should actively discourage folks from engaging in practices that make it even harder.
