I don't think mediation ever worked. It just forces us to waste energy engaging with abusive people. I think emma has the best advice - just silently remove trolls without explanation and not feed them. The moment you lower yourself to negotiating with a troll, you've already lost.

You can see your whitelist status in your user profile. Users need to be whitelisted to use certain features. Normally we whitelist anyone that posts a few times so we can see they're not a spammer, but some users fall through the cracks. Request to be whitelisted here.

Use tags to make it easier for us to address your issues:

[WHITELIST] Request to be whitelisted so you can make/edit wikis, make new forums and post more than 3 times an hour.
[POLICY] Talk about site-wide policies, individual forum rules, etc.
[MOD APPLICATION] For people that want to be added to the mod team of a forum.

Disputes between users not involving clear ToS violations should be solved in f/mediation.
