Just curious, anyone know what Spongebob is actually trying to show Patrick?

Patrick, embodying in this episode the archetypal patriarch deadbeat dad, hid their babies' diapers everywhere and gaslit Spongebob about it-- Spongebob represents the indignant maternal figure in their relationship. The episode is actually very interesting, trying to teach kids about the pitfalls of traditional relationships and childrearing by making the example a platonic gay pairing.

There's also "Squid on Strike", which is an iconic criticism of neoliberalism & syndicalism that was also aired on children's TV.

90s cartoons were really interesting, in retrospect.

Dirty diapers. It's from the episode Rock-a-Bye Bivalve, when Spongebob and Patrick adopt a baby clam.

You seem to be operating on the fallacy that a political revolution won't lead to a social revolution. What evidence do you have of that? Every revolution requires strong leaders to create the conditions needed for social change.

You think a leader like Bernie Sanders is authoritarian? Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez? Ilhan Omar? Rashida Tlaib? What have any of them ever done that's authoritarian?

Are you a socialist?
