im sure you would be saying the same thing if someone was intentionally misgendering someone. also the side bar of meta say:
Disputes between users or groups that don't involve clear ToS violations should be solved in f/mediation before admins are asked to intervene.
and that doesnt even take into account the site id created by reactionary trash, for reactionary trash, to promote reactionary trash

you dont give a shit about software freedom or free software gotcha. i explained the difference and corrected them and they still intentionally called it opensource again. you are more or less a software brocialist

Just look at my latest comment there in the thread:
If someone can have access to the code that hooktube uses then it would be really nice if they could rehost it somewhere else and delete the Friends section.
Where's the word "open" in there?

I've now changed it to
Disputes between established users or groups that don't involve clear ToS violations should be solved in f/mediation before admins are asked to intervene.
since it f/mediation was not originally intended for new users. If anybody has any suggestions on better wording they are welcome.

Nobody has a serious problem with what you did and you aren't being punished in any way. I've changed the 'rule' just so that there's less confusion in future, and even what you did was a significant issue now, the rule change wouldn't retroactively apply to you. You did what made sense given the information.
