You're correct but that doesn't mean that if a man is raped but not penetrated [that is, have the rapist in his cavities] then the rape is lesser.

This concept downplays non-penetrative rape, specially how the victim should feel should they [CW] being forced to receive a blowjob, for example.

The worst part is this is the same train of thought used to downplay rape in non-men. But for reason, some people consider this threshold not applicable to men.
