I'd want to hear from anybody doing a radical project. Where they're based, what they're doing, what works and what doesn't (and why), and how they see it fitting into a broader set of preferences about how the world could look. Stuff like that.

I think it's because in seemingly every episode Mrs. Walsh was chopping vegetables in at least one scene, so I can only assume he had a good, wholesome upbringing with plenty of fresh, nutritious food.
