For fellow athletes. This article goes into detail about different ways to modify your practice to avoid injuries and prehab exercises I havent actually seen like hanging wrist distractions. Hope someone else finds this useful!
I have tried to put it in the fitness section but it won't allow me to.

New accounts are limited to 3 posts per some period of time to prevent spamming by reactionaries
It's not a very large period of time and wasn't much of an inconvenience when I joined. In retrospect, I think it helped make those three posts count instead of just being the first thing that popped into my head in reaction to somebody else's post.
