Thanks for that explination, but then, what does this mean for the site? This is allowing peoples free speech without consequences, which, if what your saying is true, could let people censor other peoples free speech.

We believe in saying whatever we want. We also believe in taking direct action to shut people up if what they're saying harms others that are less advantaged than them.
