the raddle psyop on reddit is absolutely hilarious. I don't even know who is and isn't a raddle infiltrator anymore. It honestly tops the time me and suma made a bunch of alt account to vote against karlmarxmouth.

And i don't really have much to complain about this raddle era is super cool.

Tho if you made me answer I would say I dislike thta no one has given me a easy answer to my massive conflict of being lazy and doing lots of anarchy. So i guess my complaint is that raddlers don't benefit me even more lol So its not even really a worst thing.

I'm close to quitting the online adaptation of Anarchism. What a flop. But anarchy is still butterflies in my belly, in love and at war like it's day one for me.

6, 10-14, 28, 33 are highlights. I'm here for the lack of masses chiming in.

Nothing will ever top that one April Fools Day when the whole site was filled with people having frank and sincere conversations about Melissaphilia and anything questioning it or trying to change the topic was instantly deleted.

distressing

Like when raddle was brand new and didn't have a reputation yet and we convinced Matthew Perry's agent to get him to do an AMA with us, but then every single question was variations of "Why is Chandler such a homophobic piece of shit?"

  1. tuesday's smooth NPR grooves

I've been told I have the face for radio.

I like all of the things about other posters on Raddle the most.

I dislike that there aren't more other posters.

Fav: Things that help me expand my consciousness of negation.

Worst: The feeling of gradual staleness I've felt from the site. Idk if its just me personally, though I dont think it is from other posts I've seen from raddle old-heads, but the current iteration of the site just feels qualitatively different. Idk what it is exactly, but it feels like it has less differentiable utility to me.

To explain it with an example, years ago, I would log into raddle and see what were novel (to me at least) reading recommendations amd conversations about topical things at the time. Now, I feel like when i log there are conversations where I already can posit what everyone's gonna say cuz the references are stale and the roles people take in the conversation also mirror previously seen/said things.

I still feel raddle is the best available for what it is, but i wonder if what it has to offer me personally has hit some diminishing return.

Yeah probably the second best private message meltdown ever, after that time I convinced that misogynist ancap they could be an admin if they sent me bitcoin, and then I immediately donated the bitcoin to Girls Who Code and banned him.

Oh no, Raddle has been infiltrated by Redditors!

9

ziq OP wrote

It happened too long ago for any of the current users to get the reference. That's how I'm getting away with completely making shit up about raddle's past events without anyone noticing.

I dont even know where to upload stuff once coinshred died that one time. Idk if its back or not. But i have thousands of foraging/nature pics that have never seen the internet but do live on open source science apps.

I relate to what you said and I changed my way to relate to Raddle. When I was a lurker I had a list of raddle references and such.

I posted a lot and many of the stuff I shared in my first year was probably lots of novelty stuff that could led one in a rabbit hole of those you spend lots of hours on some lazy&rainy afternoon.

I just accepted that this is what it is now, not better or worse, different
