Learning more about (and making) low-techs and maybe being a bit more social with people. Also writing more stuff online like tutorials and stuff. I don't know if I'm gonna make that next year but maybe learning more about meds and stuff and how some can be produced locally (DIY medicine)

It's the usual. Fix my sleep, drink less alcohol, repair some broken friendships, do more fun stuff.

Smoke less. Tonsil stones are gross.

I mean... The smoke itself does not cause them. But kush smoke gives you dry mouth and that can be a significant factor. Additionally it can mess with your mucous production and cause you to cough more (food into your tonsils and sinuses).

Right now I consistently brush, floss, and gargle. I could stand to add salt to my warm water gargle, and maybe gargle more consistently after meals. Not sure what else I can do apart from stop smoking. The stones are pretty deep in my throat where I cannot see them, so physical removal methods (mostly an oral syringe pointed at the visible portions of my tonsils) have not been very fruitful.

I have this idea for a nozzle of some sort that I can just place at the back of my throat and then a water pump just pushes gentle jets in all directions. Have not figured out implementation yet.

I mean like go out of my way to make more friends and actually hang out with them and stuff. Staying at home for two years has made me even more reserved than i was before.
