Just wanted to stop by here to say thanks to u/CoryImmediatism for making so much stuff available for us to listen to. You are easy to listen to also, which is not often the case for people with US accents in my experience.

I've been wanting to read Corrosive Consciousness since it came out but never been able to get a copy out here - it was good to be able to finally get to it.

It was overall good btw. I think he managed to write without engaging the more contentious elements of his own politics in a way that overall strengthened the piece.

Gonna finally read Stirner's Critics next.

Thank you so much for all the positive feedback. This is very meaningful and helps motivate me. I'm supposed to do another book on Stirner in a few weeks, so you might like that one.

We don't say enough, but Immediatism is the best anarchist reading out there ❤️

And your pace of releasing new episodes is astonishing... When I am working afternoons usually I pick one the episodes and just let it goes to the next and the next.. I discovered many good stuff there (Bruno Filippi for example, so nice)

Woo, Cory appreciation time!

I probably post links to Immediatism enough that people might think I'm involved with the podcast somehow.

I don't think I would have come quite so far down, the rabbit hole without your work. It is very much appreciated by me.

Full disclosure: I am trying to get fried today.

Anyone dressing up for Halloween? I aint got any costumes in the closet, but I was thinking of throwing some palm fronds together to make a wacky ghillie suit. Not sure if I'll get around to it. Maybe I'll just shoot for something truly creepy like the greendale human being.

Been getting a lot of time off work atm due to schedule conflicts. It's been a blessing cause, less work is good, but a curse as im trying to save to move out, so, eh.

Getting used to riding my scooter around. Had an oopsie where I hit the curb and fell at a t junction while turning. I was going to fast for the turn and, me, wanting to slow down, decided to turn the throttle. Luckily no damage and no one hurt, just my leg, but I'm still learning anyhow.

I'm turning 25 next week, so excited!!

Heigh hooo heigh hooo. Goddamnit, seven dwarfs. What a shitty tune to get stuck in my head for three days. Please let me go back to sweet dreams are made of this.

sweet dreams is also one of my most frequent earworms!

sometimes it gets mixed up with another song, maybe because i don't actually listen to it very often and i don't know the whole lyrics or melody.

then it goes something like this:

sweet dreams are made of this

who am i to disagree

uh huh

must be the reason why i'm king of my castle

I have so much accumulated stress. Having to take care of kids before, during and after work without the option to break from work mode to home mode is exhausting. No time to do any sort of hobby, no TV, no VG. I'm tired.

I got a $250 parking ticket for having the audacity to park my car on a gravel shoulder near the parking lot of a popular trail, instead of paying $7 an hour to park there. I love the police! I love my life!
