Searched for reddit alternatives via this thread and tried to visit them all. Turns out most of them are garbage so that was quick to do.

It uses alexa toolbar to measure how many people visit each site so it's a useless list really. Who here has alexa toolbar installed? It basically measures how many boomers go to these sites because they're the only people that would install a tracking toolbar, so of course thedonald.win is at the top.

"Using" is the wrong word. Probably just boomers who found a raddle post on Google when they searched for "Obama is evil" or something, clicked it, and never returned.
